Pink Business Advisors is a boutique finance and consulting firm focusing on the needs of your business. As a trusted advisor for your business, Pink Business Advisors provides finance and bookkeeping services to clients across a broad range of industries. We are located in Austin, Texas and serve clients locally as well as throughout the United States. Pink Business Advisors offers significant experience in finance, consulting and business management.
Pink Business Advisors gained its unique name during a vacation to Vegas for a George Strait concert. After several hours and various possibilities Cindy and a friend came across the term “pink collar” which was traditionally used to refer to women in low paying professions such as bookkeepers, teachers and secretaries. The name Pink was chosen as a way to impact the traditional view of the term and color and increase the importance of these career choices specifically as it relates to the bookkeeping and finance functions. The company wants to make a real impact on the view of the finance function, particularly the importance of the day to day bookkeeping and how the information can provide management insight into the company.
LEADERSHIP
Cindy Haas
Cindy is a CPA* with 16 years of accounting experience including public accounting, industry and consulting. While she enjoys accounting work, over time, she found her true passion in building relationships. She shifted her career to business development, client management and recruiting through assisting clients, colleagues and friends in finding the right talent and career path. She enjoys taking a different approach and using her own experiences to provide guidance to others. She is a pragmatic, problem-solver that is passionate about her clients.
Cindy has seven nieces and nephews that fill her calendar with activities. She is a beagle-lover and has been working with Hound Rescue for almost ten years to support and save local beagles! She has recently started fostering hounds in her home while Hound Rescue looks for their forever home. Cindy graduated from the University of Texas with her bachelors and master’s in accounting and is still an avid fan as she attends as many Longhorn football games as possible.
